Your email and your choices

We'll use your email to provide the resource you request. We won't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. You won't be added to marketing emails unless you choose Fran's newsletter below. Trusted service providers help us store requests and manage communications.

Resource requests

We save your email address, the resource you requested, the time of your request, and your newsletter choice. Your report or guide opens on this website after submission; submitting does not send an email copy. Assessment answers and results stay in your browser's memory and are not stored with your email.

Fran's personal newsletter is optional

The checkbox starts unchecked. Its wording is: "Yes, I'd like Fran's personal newsletter: reflections, resources, and occasional updates about working with Fran. I can unsubscribe at any time." Only people who opt in will be added to Fran Benjamin's personal newsletter in Kit. An unchecked box does not create a marketing subscription or change any subscription you already have.

Who handles the information

Fran and authorized service providers process these requests. The website's hosting and database services store resource requests; Kit manages newsletter subscriptions when opted in. We do not sell personal information or share it for another organization's marketing.

Your choices afterward

You can request deletion of your resource request or withdraw newsletter consent by emailing fran@goodworks.consulting. Newsletter messages will also include an unsubscribe link. We retain requests to manage resource access and consent until they are no longer needed or you request deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Essential access and security

A one-day access cookie remembers that you requested a resource. Short-lived security counters help prevent automated abuse. They do not store raw IP addresses. This site does not use advertising trackers.
